Eli & Kendra
We are so grateful that you are taking the time to read our letter. We want you to know how important you are to us. We have been praying for you and
your decision for quite some time now. We know that you are not making this decision lightly, so we pray for peace and assurance as you make the
best decision in this time.
Our hope is that this letter helps you get to know us better. We are so excited about opening our home and lives in order to be a blessing.
The adoption process has been both a dream and a calling for our family. We have dreamed of having a big family ever since we started talking about
a life together. When we met in junior high school, we never imagined the path that God would lead us on to get that big family. We are high school
sweethearts and dated for 5 years before getting married. We have been married for 11 years now and the path to growing our family has been filled
with some wildly exciting moments as well as some disappointing moments. We have always been the best of friends and have cheered each other on
to accomplish our dreams. We have so much love in our hearts to give. We want to provide a loving, Christian home to a child through adoption.
We have twin six-year old boys, that fill our hearts with joy. Our boys are adventurous, full of energy, kind, compassionate, creative, loving, and
so full of life. They are so excited about the thought of having a brother or sister in our family. They can’t wait to read books to them and teach
them how to swim. This child would instantly have two of the best big brothers. They would love and protect their new sibling and play with and
pray for them each and every day.
We have been able to experience so much life with our best friend by our side. We love to travel together and allow our children to experience new
places and cultures. We were both raised in big families and we love to travel with the whole family. Your child would instantly gain 2 great grandparents,
4 grandparents, 4 aunts, 4 uncles, 6 cousins, and so much extended family that it is impossible to count. We love spending time with the entire
family, from church on Sunday to Friday nights around a campfire. Anytime we can get together with our whole families is a great night for us.
We know that your decision is not taken lightly, and we are so thankful that you would consider giving us the joy and privilege of welcoming them into
our home. We know that the decision for adoption was made from love. In our family, your child will always know the love you had for them in making
this decision. We promise to love, protect, cherish, train, and care for your child in a way that honors God and honors you.
