Danielle Carroll serves as Region Director of Lilyfield’s Tulsa and Washington County programs, providing strategic leadership to the EmpowerParents and EmpowerYouth teams while cultivating meaningful community partnerships and donor relationships that strengthen families across the region. With nearly two decades of experience spanning both corporate and nonprofit sectors, including business and operational management, fundraising support, and special projects; Danielle brings operational excellence, organizational leadership, and a deep commitment to developing strong, mission-driven teams.
Her passion for empowering parents is both professional and personal. Not that long ago, as an overwhelmed work-from-home mom, Danielle experienced firsthand how isolating and exhausting parenting can feel. Through counseling, intentional health changes, and the support of community, she discovered that sustainable change requires more than good intentions, it requires practical tools, emotional support, and compassionate guidance. That story of empowerment fuels her leadership today.
She and her husband, Keithan, are raising three energetic boys, Nehemiah, Xander, and Elijah, who keep her on her toes and continually remind her why this work matters.
Guided by her Christian faith, Danielle lives by the principle that "Excellence honors God and inspires others".
