Jenna Worthen, MPM
Jenna Worthen, MPM, is the Founder and CEO of the James Martin Company, a political and nonprofit consulting firm focusing on intentional development strategies. With over 15 years of experience in fundraising and organizational leadership, Jenna is known for her ability to connect powerful storytelling with strategic outcomes.
Her political journey began at age eight, when she successfully spoke before the city council and a crowd of 800 to stop a road expansion threatening her neighborhood. Since then, she’s held roles ranging from fundraising assistant to account manager and chief storyteller for Oklahoma City nonprofit City Care.
Jenna co-founded the 111Project, a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring more than enough families are available to care for kids in foster care. Her work with the American Cancer Society earned her the Rising Star award, and her gala was named one of the top ten nationwide.
She holds a master’s in political management from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s in politics and law from Southern Nazarene University. Jenna is also the creator of @MomWhoWorks, an online community helping women redefine what it means to be a working mom in a world without working dads. She lives in Tulsa with her husband, their three kids—Bobby, Jake, and June—and a rescue dog named Nicey.
