She wants others to know it’s okay to ask for help because every hard moment can lead to a new beginning.

For years, Meske felt like she had no one in her corner. Then she found Lilyfield—and through TBRI, she discovered new ways to connect, heal, and grow with her children. What started as a journey of survival became one of transformation. Now a certified TBRI trainer, Meske is empowering others—training OSBI cadets and advocating for trauma-informed education so families across Oklahoma can do better, together.

Through the Preschool Learning Club and Choosing Childbirth classes, she discovered support, encouragement, and confidence.
