Adoption Coordinator – A full-time position that will provide leadership for the adoption program at Lilyfield.
The position will provide direct services such as individual and family counseling, case management, birth parent counseling,
assessment and supportive services to birth mothers, adoptive families, foster families and foster and adoptive children.
The position will also provide supervision and oversight to the Wendy’s Wonderful Kids program recruiter. Candidates must
possess a Master’s level degree in social work, psychology or a human services related area of study with at least two
years’ experience in addition to clinical licensure in appropriate field or be under clinical supervision. Interested applicants

Tulsa Administrative Assistant – A part-time position that will provide assistance to the Lilyfield Tulsa
office through answering phones, filing, faxing, mailing, data entry, copying, assisting with special events and other
clerical support, as well as assist in agency wide projects as assigned. Education requirements are flexible but the position
requires strong organizational skills and dependability. This position will be 20 hours per week. Please submit resumes
