Lilyfield traces its roots to 1990 when Colorado Christian Services opened a satellite office in Oklahoma. As the branch office grew and became self-sufficient, a formal separation from CCS occurred in the year 2000, with the incorporation of Lilyfield, Inc., originally named Christian Services of Oklahoma, Inc.

Lilyfield continues its original purpose, which is serving women in unplanned pregnancies and helping to place their children through adoption with loving adoptive families. Services have expanded to include home studies and post placement supervision for international adoptive families; foster care for children and youth in state custody; counseling for children and families impacted by trauma, foster care, and adoption; and a program that partners with Oklahoma City and Tulsa Public Schools to prevent circumstances that cause families to enter the child welfare system.
