Holly Towers, LCSW, Director
Holly Towers has been Executive Director at Lilyfield since 2008. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Holly has a passion for mobilizing the community to care for the vulnerable among us. Holly believes that all children deserve to grow and be nurtured in loving and stable families. Her favorite things about her role are developing programs to better serve families, empowering Lilyfield staff to become leaders who make a difference, sharing her vision with others in the community, and teaching parenting classes.
Holly has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Family Studies and Child Development from Oklahoma Christian University and a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. She is a Trust Based Relational Intervention Practitioner and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
Before coming to Lilyfield, Holly worked at the Center on Child Abuse and Neglect at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She has experience as a mental health therapist working in the areas of child trauma, substance abuse recovery, post-traumatic stress disorder, and child abuse and neglect. She is trained as a therapist for Circle of Security Parenting, Seeking Safety, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Parent Child Interaction Therapy.
Holly is past President of the Board of the Oklahoma Adoption Coalition, a statewide coalition of licensed adoption agencies focused on promoting ethical adoption practices in Oklahoma. She currently serves on the board of Around the Table, a social enterprise providing supported employment to women in Oklahoma City, and serves as the Vice President of the board of Network 1:27, a national association of Christian childcare organizations
Holly is married to Lance and has a daughter, Olivia, and two sons, Lewis and Hudson. She loves teaching Bible classes, gardening, antiquing, and playing board games with her family. She is an Enneagram 3 and her top 5 Clifton Strengths are Achiever, Input, Responsibility, Developer and Strategic.
