Holly Towers, LCSW, Director


Holly Towers has been with Lilyfield since 2008. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Holly has a passion for mobilizing the community to care for the vulnerable among us. Holly manages the day to day operations of Lilyfield, as well as working with strategic partnerships within the community to empower faith families to engage in the issues of adoption, foster care, and family strengthening programs. Holly believes that all children deserve to grow and be nurtured in loving and stable families.


Holly has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Family Studies and Child Development from Oklahoma Christian University and a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. Before coming to Lilyfield, Holly worked at the Center on Child Abuse and Neglect at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. While there, she worked with infants and young children who were prenatally exposed to alcohol and drugs and their biological mothers. She also has experience as a mental health therapist working in the areas of child trauma, substance abuse recovery, post-traumatic stress disorder, and child abuse and neglect. She is trained as a therapist for the Seeking Safety Model, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Parent Child Interaction Therapy.


Holly is past President of the Board of the Oklahoma Adoption Coalition, a statewide coalition of licensed adoption agencies focused on promoting ethical adoption practices in Oklahoma. She is active in the PTA at her children’s elementary school, serving currently as Treasurer.



Holly is married to Lance and has a daughter, Olivia, and two sons, Lewis and Hudson. In addition to their young children, Holly and Lance have a "Honduran daughter," Mariela, whom Holly met while staying in Honduras in 2003. The family also has a miniature Poodle named Fluff.
