I am a licensed master social worker under supervision for clinical license at EmpowerOKC, a program of Lilyfield. I primarily use TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention), as well as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and other play-based therapy techniques. I serve children, adolescents, and their families, especially those who are affected by trauma, attachment difficulties, and other behavioral and mood regulation issues.
I have experience in school counseling and working with individuals from 3 years old through young adulthood. My approach is holistic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. My goal is to empower and bring hope to every family that I serve.”
