Brock A. Lytton, MBA

Brock Lytton works for Moriah Real Estate Company as the Director of Asset Management. With offices located in Edmond, OK and Midland, TX, Moriah Real Estate Company provides a platform for its investors to leverage the experience and success of the principals as private equity investors and managers in commercial real estate. Under his guidance, Brock is responsible for the overall financial performance of the company’s portfolio that includes multi-family, office, industrial, retail, hotel, self-storage, mixed-use and manufactured housing assets. Currently Moriah Real Estate Company has over $1 Billion in assets under management and has completed over $1.8 Billion in real estate transactions since 2008. Additionally, Brock is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Oklahoma specializing in office and retail brokerage services. Brock graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a degree in Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance. Brock resides in Edmond, OK with his wife, Meagan, and two sons. They are active members of Memorial Road Church of Christ.
